Meet The Team
Marissa has been with our team for 2 years now but not new to hairdressing. She has been a stylist for over 10 years and previously owned her own salon in Higganum. She is married and has a 2 yo daughter and 1 yo son.
Nicole LaTerra
Salon owner
Nicole started the salon along with her mother in the summer of 1999. She took over the salon as sole owner in 2015. She has a strong passion for her work and her
clients satisfaction.
She specializes in clients with fine thinning hair. Her favorite services to do are fashion colors and color correction.
Nicole is excepting a few new clients but mostly for morning & afternoon hours.
Jamie Tinker
Jaime has been with the salon since the day it opened. She specializes in curly hair, color services and hi-lights. She is high energy so get ready for a fun & positive experience. She and her husband have three kids, a dog, and a cat. In her spare time she loves to run and go to the SPA. She also is a high school secretary in Wethersfield.
Krystyna Nowakowski
Krystyna started her stylist career with us first as a stylist assistant. She now has her own clientele and is excited to show off her talents as a stylist. She has a strong passion for what she does specializing in perms & hi-lighting. She loves to take classes and continuing her education to keep up with the latest trends. She knew she wanted to be in this industry since she was a little girl. When she isn't doing hair she loves to hang out with her friends and boyfriend.
Shari Visconti
Shari started the salon along with her daughter in 1999. She loved working along side of her daughter everyday. She retired Jan of 2018 and sadly passed away Jan 2025. Her talent, Loveland kindness is greatly missed by her clients and friends.
Michelle Lafo
worked at the salon a few years after it opened. With her 30+ years experience as a stylist she really knows the best look for any client. When not at the salon she loves spending time with her two sons and her cute dogs.
She isn't excepting new clients at this time as she recently moved out of state.
Shyna Pandolfo
Shayna graduated from Vinal RVTS studying
Hairdressing. You may see her smiling face as an assistant and receptionist on a per diem basis. She has a ton of passion and talent. She loves playing softball and hanging out with friends.
